It's honestly really good. I've had a lot of problems with protein.. Like specified protein bars, protein shakes, etc.. a lot of them I can't tolerate, or are just nasty. But this one (and the caramel crunch..) are really good. Its an accuired taste.. but I really liked it. I only ate half of it today when my blood sugar was low.. I'll probably eat the other half later on.
It does taste like strawberry cheesecake. Dipped in white chocolate. The texture is similar to like.. a 3muskateers candy bar.. maybe a little denser. (I havent had one since I was like 12.. Don't hold me to it. I'm not 100% sure.) I definatley suggest giving it a try. I really like bari-wise products. They never seem to dissapoint me.
