I know I've had something called a "Resting Calorie Count" done at the hospital a few times before.. to see how many calories your body actually burns when you're resting/sleeping.. to help know how many calories you need to consume.
But I just found this, and it gives estimates for how many calories you burn.. When doing any activity on the list.. You just type in your weight, and the duration of whatever activity you select.. (How long you do the activity.)
So definitely check it out!!

There's also a 'hydration needs' link.. To figure out how much you should drink to hydrate yourself while exercising. and then a few other links beside it that you could check out as well.
